WHAT is DRY ICE?

 It is frozen carbon dioxide (CO2), which remains at -79 EC. It is a non-toxic,

 non-flammable food-grade product, which sublimates from a solid directly to a gas

 - no liquid or water is left behind. The sublimation creates the cooling effect. The

 energy value of dry ice is 570 kJ/kg.

 Dry Ice 4 Cocktails will allow you to serve drinks which are the talk of the town. 

Simply insert a dry ice pellet into a reusable swizzle stick and place it into the cocktail —

 enjoy the mesmerising effect of a stream of bubbles rising to the surface and bursting into wispy tendrils of smoke.

What is in the box? .

Dry Ice 4 Cocktails comes as a handy kit consisting of 10 reusable swizzle sticks

and 5 kg of 15 mm dry ice pellets, sufficient for approximately 50 cocktails.

A protective glove is also included to prevent any adverse handling incidents, all

neatly packaged in a polystyrene container. Additional swizzle sticks or dry ice

pellets may be purchased in order to replenish your supply, during periods of high

demand.

Our polystyrene packaging is designed to minimise sublimation during

Use an insulated cooler or polystyrene container. We can supply you with the

perfect size polystyrene container, or you can wrap the dry ice in paper or a blanket

to extend the life even further if necessary. Remember, do not store dry ice in your

freezer at home!

WHAT ABOUT SAFETY?

Dry ice is not for human consumption. Handle it only with protective gloves or

mitts. Transport only in complete isolation from the driver. Do not place dry ice in

any gas-tight container. It sublimates and expands! Keep dry ice away from

children (adult supervision is required).
